About Diana Horsmeier

Diana Horsmeier, LLM, MSc, CSFL, MM, is a specialized financial law attorney with extensive, high-level experience and training in various areas inside and outside of law. She has obtained university degrees in law, economics, accountancy and marketing. Having started as a lawyer in 1977, over the years she has held management positions in various disciplines at financial institutions (including Fortis Insurance, ING and Menzis) and commercial companies (including KPN and Fokker Aircraft). These include accountancy and business economics; business intelligence and marketing; investment management and actuarial services.

 

During her career, Diana has been responsible for teams and projects related to finance management, due diligence, contract negotiations, change management and strategic business development. In addition, she currently supervises a number of large pension funds in the Netherlands, with a special focus on investment management and governance. As a lawyer, she uses these multidisciplinary skills for her clients in a variety of cases.
