About DH-Legal

DH Legal offers aid in every area of finance-related law.

The DH-Legal Process

De DH Legal methode

We approach each case in three clear and distinct steps

Explanation of legal position

Based on the information available, we draft a thorough legal analysis of your case. With this, we comprehensively explain your legal position, surmising the legal routes that are open to you. We will indicate which is most beneficial given all relevant factors, including cost-effectiveness and estimated time to conclusion, and how we can assist you.

Plan of Action

After deciding the route we will take together, DH Legal drafts the plan of action. The plan outlines all steps and estimated costs necessary for the desired result, whether obtained inside or outside of court. We highly value giving you this insight into what we will be doing, because DH-Legal believes trust is the basis for all successful partnership.

Pragmatic approach

Upon forming the plan of action, DH-Legal employs a pragmatic approach in its execution. No excessive memo’s or meetings. Only necessary actions, done efficiently and decisive, ensuring a short route to success.

Financial Law

Financieel recht

DH Legal focuses on financial law especially for servicing startups and scale-ups located in The Netherlands. Startups and scale-ups often are highly enthusiastically focused on the innovations and its technical implementations, the marketing, and the sales.Additionally, DH Legal can support the startups and scale-ups in recognizing and mitigating legal risks. In view of the rapid developments of national, European Union, and international legislation and regulations especially regarding Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), and sustainability, legal risks require understanding, mitigating, and monitoring. In mitigating legal risks, the value of the innovations for both the startups and the scale-ups and their investors, as well as the sustainable social value of the innovations, improve. Mitigating legal risks for the investments in startups and scale-ups for the investors can probably translate in improved funding conditions for the startups and scale-ups. DH Legal would like to contribute to mitigating legal risk for startups and scale-ups based on its legal background, as well as from experience with each step in setting up and implementing startups.
